Job Description
Your day to day responsibilities will include analysing papers, investigating claims, taking witness statements, drafting counter schedules and brief to counsel. There is a strong emphasis on telephone communication/negotiation and you will be liaising with Claimant solicitors, Insurers, Insured's and witnesses.
