To provide immediate hands on management to the Resolution Law MOJ Fixed Costs Team, ensuring files within that team are conducted in line with external and internal SLAs and requirements. To emphasise the importance of speed of turn around of the files and to maximise the costs recoverable. To recognise and assess areas of risk to the team and the practice and provide solutions as appropriate.
